Your first visit focuses on understanding your health goals and concerns through a thorough assessment. From there, we create a personalized plan of care and begin treatment right away.
Each follow-up session builds on your progress, adjusting treatments and exercises to keep you moving forward.
Assessment
An expert clinician will perform a comprehensive assessment of your muscles, joints, and nerves to identify the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
Hands-on and targeted therapy
Followed by hands-on care and targeted therapy to ease pain, then guide you through exercises and stretches to restore strength and mobility.
Plan of Care
You’ll leave with a personalized Plan of Care designed to keep you moving well and support lasting wellness.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is necessary to book an appointment with any of our practitioners.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. Depending on your treatment, you may be asked to change into a gown or shorts.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your condition and treatment goals. Your practitioner will discuss this with you during your assessment.
Do you accept insurance and offer direct billing?
Yes, we direct bill to most major insurance companies in Canada. Please bring your insurance information if you would like us to direct bill on your behalf.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Late cancellation or reschedule will be charged 50% of the visit fee. Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full visit fee.
This helps respect our clinicians’ time and allows other patients the opportunity to receive care.
